Left Parkinson’s Disease – with Tremors & Dyskinesia

This 65-year-old retired gentleman has been suffering from PD since 2010. It initially started with tremors (shaking) in his left hand and gradually became severe and began involving his left lower limb also. He initially saw improvement with syndopa but gradually, the drug-induced side effects came in – called dyskinesias. Also the drug effect would last for only about 1 hour and he would have to adjust to complete all his work – like having bath, going out to bank etc in that time.
He was very frustrated due to this.
