Refund & Cancellation Policy

This cancellation is broadly explained as 2 scenarios –

(i) Refund requests on the same day as the date of Appointment.

(ii) Refund requests before the Appointment date on which it has to be availed. Below are guidelines for cancellation:

  • Once the patient completed the billing at www.newrorehab.con or its other subsidiaries, any request for a refund shall not be granted.
  • Once the online consultation is started, no refund can be entertained. online consultation can be Cancelled only before 24hrs of the appointment time, via email.
  • Any Cancellation request should be submitted by email to info@newrorehab.com at least 12hrs before the appointment
  • We shall not be responsible in case communication is not received by the customer due to an incomplete address given by the individual
  • In case of refund, 10% processing charges will be levied on the price which is to be refunded
  • The stated amount due for refund shall be processed within 7 business days from the date of the cancellation, subject to all terms and conditions. Refunds will be made to the same source from which payment was made.
  • The above-mentioned cancellation process and refund processing time may vary under special circumstances (such as holidays, strikes, bank delays etc) and www.newrorehab.com cannot be held liable for the delay

Shipping and Delivery Policy:-

• We provide a health checkup service so shipping is not included in this service.
