Dr. Anil Ramakrishna is working as a Consultant of Neurology. He completed his M.B.B.S. degree from Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore followed by his M.D. in General Medicine from K.M.C., Hubli. He worked as an Asst. Prof. in the Dept. of General Medicine at P.E.S. Medical College, Bangalore and Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Medical College, Bangalore; as well as a Consultant Physician at Kshema Hospital, Mysore. He later moved to the Neurology field by completing D.M. Neurology at the well-reputed N.I.M.H.A.N.S., Bangalore. He underwent 3 years of training in N.I.M.H.A.N.S. which is a multidisciplinary institute for patient care and academic pursuit in the frontier area of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences. During this time he got the opportunity to work on several wide varieties of cases which include epilepsies; headache: movement disorders; stroke; CNS infections; demyelinating disorders; CNS malignancies; developmental disorders: cognitive and behavioral disorders, sleep disorders, disorders of the spine, spinal cord, nerve roots, plexuses, peripheral nerves, autonomic nervous system, neuromuscular transmission, and skeletal muscle
